Nearly 100 Residents Gave Feedback At Transit & Tacos!

This Wednesday November 9th 2022 saw the return of the award-winning engagement series: Transit & Tacos!

Close to 100 community members met in the corner of 54th St & El Cajon Blvd to share input on the proposed Rapid 625 Route. This 200$ Million project will connect Chula Vista, National City, Southeast San Diego, City Heights and SDSU!

The event was multi-generational, and engaged people of all ages! 

Residents were asked to identify and share transit priorities that they would like to see implemented and addressed with this Rapid 625 Route project. 

Their input will help shape the final alignment of the Raid 625 Route and also let government agencies know the transit needs in the City Heights area and project corridor.
