About the City Heights Maintenance Assessment District (MAD)

City Heights CDC is now the contract holder for the University Avenue Maintenance Assessment District (MAD). This contract allows our organization to oversee the regular maintenance of the University Avenue business corridor, ensuring a cleaner and more welcoming environment for everyone! Business and property owners can now contact our team directly for any concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
