City Heights Business Improvement District
Our Mission
Through the support of the City of San Diego, the City Heights Business Improvement District (CHBID) promotes, empowers, and uplifts the commercial corridor of University Avenue in City Heights by strengthening small business communities, creating new jobs, attracting new businesses, and revitalizing the district’s commercial neighborhoods across the community.
