Transit & Tacos @ Palomar Transit Station: Our Most Successful Transit & Tacos Event Yet!

This week saw the return of the City Heights CDC award winning engagement series: Transit & Tacos!!

The purpose of this event was to gather community feedback on the planning of the Rapid 625 Bus route that is currently in its conceptual planning stage. 

The Rapid 625 route will travel from Southwest Chula Vista to San Diego State University- going servicing Rapid service to environmental justice communities like National City, Southeast San Diego and City Heights!

Community members were able to share feedback on the proposed Rapid 625 Route Alignment and identify ways for the route to provide service in a more efficient way !

This was our biggest Transit & Tacos event ever with 200 community members sharing their feedback and enjoying free tacos at Palomar Transit Station!
