Meet Diana, A Fantastic New Senior Program Manager!

Friends, meet our new team member, Diana Bustos!

Diana joined staff last April to serve as a Senior Program Manager of both Resident Services and Economic Development teams, and we’re thrilled to have her!

“I came to City Heights a lot growing up to spend time with my friends and I loved it. Super Cocina is a favorite, and the development team has introduced me to other spots I really love around the community.”

Like many of our staff, Diana has seen City Heights change a lot over the decades. “When I was younger, I didn’t notice the diversity as much,” she recalled. and maybe it wasn’t flourishing as it is now, but that’s a change in the community that stands out to me: the diversity here has only gotten more beautiful.”

“I’m new to economic development, so I’m learning a lot from the community and from my teammates. How do we best serve and work alongside the City Heights residents?”

When not working, Diana spends much of her time and energy caring for her 10 month-old son. Welcome to the team, Diana!
