Announcing The City Heights Legacy Scholarship!

We’re excited to announce the annual City Heights Legacy Scholarship is a GO!

Way back, the scholarship was just a few hundred dollars here and there, but nine years ago a past Executive Director, Jay Powell, pledged to take the scholarship to a whole new level by personally donating to the fund and bringing in other donors to help it grow. This enabled us to give out more money and have a greater impact in the community.

There are many great organizations who help aspiring students in City Heights get to college, but this is the only scholarship we know of that’s exclusively focused on helping City Heights students get the funding they need to continue their education.

Applications are due by midnight, August 7th (we extended the deadline from July 31st)!
