Announcing Our New Interim Executive Director, Alexis Villanueva!

The City Heights Community Development Corporation (City Heights CDC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Alexis Villanueva as Interim Executive Director, effective December 8th, 2022.

Alexis joined City Heights CDC two years ago as a Senior Program Manager and was quickly promoted to Director of Economic Development, driving enhanced programmatic and fundraising efforts that more than doubled the organization’s operating budget in that short timeframe. Born and raised in City Heights, Alexis demonstrates an unwavering commitment to the community that is grounded in the goal of integrating business expertise with improved, data-driven operations – all so our talented team can focus time and energy on fulfilling City Heights CDC’s mission.
