City Heights CDC proudly presents our Winter Extravaganza on December 14th, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Teralta Park, a special holiday celebration for the City Heights community. The Winter Extravaganza will feature 40 tons of snow, a Toys-for-Tots giveaway, local food vendors, holiday shopping from small businesses, and plenty of entertainment for all ages.

This workshop provides a general overview of tenants' and landlords' rights and responsibilities. We will cover valuable information about the documents required when applying for a rental unit and an overview of the rental process from beginning to end.

Open to all ages, with free transportation on a charter bus that will meet at the Officer Jeremy Henwood Memorial (4455 Wightman St, San Diego, CA 92105).
