Housing Overview

CHCDC directly owns and operates 10 apartment communities and is the Managing General Partner for Hollywood Palms (94 units), Metro Villas (120 units), and Bridgeport Properties (401 scattered site units) Click here for a brochure of Bridgeport Properties. All of our housing is reserved for households that do not exceed a certain level of income. This is called the affordability restrictions. While the amount varies from property to property, it is based on the Area Median Income (AMI) and the number of people in the household. Most of our housing is restricted to households at or below 60% and 50% AMI. The AMI table by number of persons can found at Area Median Income. Because affordability restrictions are different at the various locations, it is best to call to see if you qualify for a specific location and available apartment.
